Beef and Cheese Empanadas by Sarah C.

Makes 1 crust

Dough: 1 1/4 cup flour

1 pinch of salt

1 stick butter

3 to 4 tablespoons ice water

Blend flour with salt, and then slowly add butter until dough resembles crumbs.

 roll in plastic wrap and chill for 40 min.

Add cooked ground beef and cheese like mozzarella, to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 12 min.

Let cool for 5 min. Enjoy!
